Cassidy Education is looking for a PMLD Teaching Assistant, for a Special School in East London.
Due to the specialised nature of this role, successful candidates MUST have worked in a similar role, with children with PMLD and in a Primary or Secondary school setting.

Full Time.
£70/75 per day.
Working Hours – 8:30am – 3:30pm.
Applicants must have:
PMLD Background
Worked 1:1 with PMLD students.
Enhanced DBS (dated within 2/3 years).
PECS and/or Approach desirable.
Successful candidates will also have:
Have excellent communication skills.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills.
Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviour.
Ability to work as a team player.
Positive, enthusiastic and energetic outlook.
Patience, understanding and empathy with pupils.
Observant and responsive approach with pupils.
