The team at Cassidy are largely dedicated to special educational needs (SEN) and disabilities but also work with mainstream teachers. We are specialists within SEND, our consultants are talking to SEN professionals 10hrs a day, 5 days a week… so we have access to the best candidates in the market. Lee enjoys the fast paced environment that day to day & long term supply brings, his inner motivation makes him consistently deliver the best candidates to his clients, as well as matching candidates to jobs. Away from the office, Lee is a family man who enjoys watching and playing football and golf.

David moved to London in 2015 after finishing his Psychology studies determined to work in a stimulating, fast-paced environment where he could put his people skills to good use. Working at Cassidy Education for 18 months, he feels SEN Recruitment fits like a glove. Outside the office, David is an avid music fan and goes to concerts and events all over town while also passionate about collecting his favorite albums on vinyl.
SEN Specialist Recruiter
Irina has been working as an SEN recruitment consultant for over 2 years. She is passionate about SEN recruitment and due to her extensive knowledge as a clinical psychologist and integrative psychotherapist, when it comes to screening candidates, she is very vigilant and goes into extensive detail. Irina also has 1:1 experience in working with Autism and Down Syndrome and does volunteer work with them, in her spare time. She enjoys music, live concerts, the gym, time with her pets, films and socialising.
Vicky has worked at Cassidy Education for 5+ years as the Accounts Manager, having previously worked within a school as an accounts administration, Vicky enjoys being on the other side of the fence and having the day to day interaction with both candidates and clients. Away from work Vicky enjoys spending time with her family, attending the gym and loves to go shopping.
