A fantastic Primary SEN School are looking for aren Teaching Assistant to work in a KS1 classroom with 8 ASD students.
** ASAP
** Hounslow
** Ongoing
** Full Time
** £70/£80 per day
You MUST have the following:
** Previous Primary School experience.
** Good Autism knowledge.
** Challenging Behaviour experience.
** Enhanced DBS dated within 18 months.
** Previously worked 1:1 as a SEN TA.
** PECS and/or Sign along desirable to have.
Successful candidates will also have:
** Have excellent communication skills.
** Excellent Interpersonal skills.
** Ability to manage confrontation and challenging behaviour.
** Ability to work as a team player.
** Positive, enthusiastic and energetic outlook.
** Patience, understanding and empathy with pupils.
** Observant and responsive approach with pupils.
